• We can evaluate placements in prescreened environments that meet and exceed state regulatory requirements; nursing homes, assisted living centers and family homes.
• We can evaluate, with your permission, the possibility of a problem with the current care being provided to your loved one.
• By appointment, we can conduct confidential, private in-home consultations regarding your seniors comfort and safety.
• We provide, if needed, for a minimum fee, a Long Term Care Optional Assessment and Planning Tool, a 12-18 page report detailing your senior's medical condition, medications, and suggested Care Plan.
• We provide follow-up service to insure your complete satisfaction regarding the new environment for your loved one.
• We can provide placements for your loved one within three days.

The Dixon's Company has registered nurses who carefully assess each client for mental, physical and functional status and discuss the client's lifestyle choices and desires in depth. Pertinent family members and close friends are encouraged to become involved in the client's decision making process if the client so wishes.

In an effort to give peace of mind to our family clients, the Dixon's Company has arranged the option of contacting the law firm of Jeanette Bowers & Associates, PLLC to make contract reviews. For a specially-negotiated flat fee per contract, you and your family can receive the piece of mind that comes from knowing:

• A lawyer carefully reviewed the contract you are contemplating signing.
• A lawyer met with you and family members for up to 60 minutes to discuss the meaning of the contract and to suggest any changes.

In addition, we reevaluate clients 30 days following their move to ensure client satisfaction. We will represent only those settings which we approve - only the very best!
